Quality checks have been introduced at various work centers of the company under the guidance & expertise of Certified Quality Management Consultants. Persistent follow up by management, internal/external audits and relentless efforts on the part of employees have paid rich dividends. Working in accordance with quality systems has now become a way of life at " Jai Enterprises". The laboratory and standards room are properly equipped to ensure a high and consistent quality level right through to the finished product. Our Company has various Testing Labs where individual categories of our products are tested for all Quality Parameters, we have: (i) Hardness Testing Lab for testing the grade and hardness of material used. (ii) Air Delivery Test chamber, Air Delivery test for all types of ceiling fans, complying to the Indian Standards. (iii) Chemical Laboratory for testing the thickness of all electroplated components (i.e. Nickel- Chrome plating). (iV) Mechanical Measurements : All Types of gauges are used for lot-by-lot Inspection of every components at every stage of production pipe-line (Snap gauges, dial gauges , plug gauges , verneirs etc.)
It's our continuous efforts to go beyond norms & limits set by standards and create our own standards to achieve excellence. Emphasis is given on detailed study of subjects and fields of our interest at " Jai Enterprises".
